2019 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold and intense wine that showcases the beauty of the Oak Knoll Appellation. The nose is alluring with delicate floral aromas of fresh rose petals and opulent red and black fruits.  On that palate this wine continues to impress by coating the mouth with soft yet present tannins that live up to this AVA's "sweet spot" reputation. Up front the raspberry and cherry are introduced followed by black fruits such as black plumb and black cheery. With the careful integration of French Oak barrels the warmth of baking spices become very comforting for the overall drinking experience.
